Can you post dampener descriptions and/or part numbers for the benefit of fellow DIYers. Knowing available stroke would be helpful as well.

I don't have the specs on the shock. It's a front ski shock from a Skidoo snowmobile . It was bent at the tip . The bend made it uselessto a ssnowmobile but worked great for the transom angle. Best part it was free ! It was the best dampner I have ever used .

The first 2 pictures are Mercedes steering stablizers. I will find a part number for these.

This is a bimba ram I built it is a 7/8 nose mount 12 inch stroke I rad the ram built with a 8 inch longer internal ram shaft . The 7/8 is the thread size of the clamp bracket .

Works great I used a cheap simple ball valve .

You will need the mercury part in the second pic and a rod end .I will get the size of the end .

The rod end has a 3/8 hole and 5/16 thread but get the thread to match your ram .

Have one of those. Went through my box of old steering parts this weekend, thought I had one or two steering links, have 4 I've had way too many boats... lol
